Macau restaurant brings special Italian ingredients in for seasonal menu.

Specializing in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, for a limited time (October 17 to November 3), Terrazza, Galaxy Macau‘s premium Italian restaurant, will be offering a ‘Wild Game’ menu, flying in native ingredients from Italy. The seasonal menu of wild game and mushrooms will include ingredients brought from foragers in Italy like wild ducks, pheasants, hares, deer, boars and the sought after Porcini mushrooms.

We visit the Macallan branded bar at the brand new Galaxy Macau.

In a quiet corner of the Galaxy Macau Resort, in Cotai Macau is a bar that has to be visited because nowhere in the world will you find another like it. The Macallan Whisky Bar and Lounge is the first and only one of its kind in the world and once your there with a glass of twelve-year-old Macallan’s in your hand you’ll never want to leave.
This quaint Scottish bar is adorned with the best original furniture from Scotland and England such as Chesterfield sofas, floors paved with herringbone timber and carpet-bag Jacobean rugs, and is lit with real stag antler chandeliers and yellow lamps. The huge main room is surrounded by timber Oak wood paneling and faceted casement windows.
