Domani Reopens With a Whole New Look

Drop by Pacific Place’s fine-dining Italian for a whole new restaurant.

domani

The kitchen of Domani on Level 4 of Pacific Place in Admiralty has been revamped with the very latest culinary technology in order to complement executive chef, Michele Bernnachia’s delicately crafted dishes.

The whole restaurant has been remodeled with white leather furniture in the bar area and bright white counter tops, a flowing steel “ribbon” rooftop, dining lights have been re-installed with intricately designed exteriors of swirling black detail, giving the restaurant a brighter glow, but still offering an intimate setting.

But probably the most impotant new installation is Mr. Giovanni Perna who brings a new style of hospitality to the restaurant.  From the 2 Michelin star restaurant, Rossellini’s in the Hotel Palazzo Sasso in Ravello, Italy to the Four Seasons Hotel in Milan to the role of hotel Sommelier for the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Perna brings his extensive F&B knowledge and professional sommelier accreditation from the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS) – a high ranking qualification recognized in more than 50 countries worldwide.

Look to visit the new Domani soon for an evening of fine wine and dining in Hong Kong.
