Specialist Burgundy wine shop opens in Central.
burgundy etc, a new store specialising on Burgundy wines opened recently on the 4th floor of the Pedder Building. Burgundy etc is the new wine store by Wine etc which already have Bordeaux etc and Champagne etc elsewhere in the state and this third store promises to deliver with the largest selection of Burgundy wines in Hong Kong.

Entrepreneurs Dirk Jasper and Nick Pauli decided to bring Dutch cheese and South African wines to Hong Kong. And that they did with The Dutch – a store that imports wines exclusively from the South-African Cape region that are carefully handpicked by Dirk and Nick.
You will be well served for wine in the new Hysan Place.
Hysan Place is almost ready to open in Causeway Bay and we’re happy to let you know that Jasons ▪ Food & Living will launch a stylishly modern concept store where food and wine meets style set to open when Hysan Place opens its doors next month.
So apart from the gorgeous new design, Jasons will have a professional wine steward offering advice on more than 1,000 varieties of wines, champagnes, sakes, beers and spirits from around the world.

New wine store that only stocks Bordeaux wines.
Ô Muse de Bordeaux Wine Gallery is a new wine shop that’s just opened in TST. Just the place for Bordeaux wine lovers, this place exclusively stocks only Bordeaux wines.
Owned by two natives of the region, they have designed the shop to look and feel a little like a château (the gallery front models after the entrance of a château) and aims to be authentic with an all-French team who are wine enthusiasts themselves.
New wine store and education center in Lan Kwai Fong.
Last week, The Flying Winemaker wine store had a delicious launch party to introduce Hong Kong’s latest new concept wine store to us connoisseurs. The Flying Winemaker takes over the 2 level shop right (formerly Italian fashion brand Slowear) at the corner of Wyndham Street and D’Aguilar Street, and right across from Wooloomooloo at the tip of Lan Kwai Fong. This ultra hip hang-out is designed as a meeting place for wine-lovers to discover, learn and enjoy wine in a relaxed space in plastic cups, not restrictive wine glasses.
