Enjoy dinner with a California wine expert this Tuesday.
Winelink is hosting a wine dinner on Tuesday, June 2 at the Renaissance Kowloon Hotel’s Panorama Seafood and Grill Restaurant and presenting some wine from Dry Creek Vineyard from California. Appearing in person will be Mr. Antonio Silvia, Director of Export for Dry Creek, to make sure the food pairing is perfect and to talk and answer your questions about wine. Italian winery heiress, Gaia Gaja in Hong Kong.
Gaia Gaja, daughter of Angelo Gaja, was the guest of honor at the wine dinner held at Angelini, Kowloon Shangri-La. Maxxium, the distributor for Gaja wine in Hong Kong had invited Gaia to Hong Kong and what a treat it was for wine enthusiasts to meet Gaia. Gaja is considered to be one of the greatest wine producer by Wine Spectator, ‘no producer anywhere in the last 50 years had made such an impact on the international wine scene’.

FLOW is organizing a wine pairing dinner on Wednesday, 18th March.
Flow’s second wine pairing dinner for wine lovers will be held at Spuntini restaurant in St Francis Street Wan Chai.
This is a great excuse to taste 2 Michelin star Chef Moreno Cedroni’s unique cooking style that are both interesting and delicious. Spuntini’s Chef, Sai Wai Wo was personally trained in Moreno’s kitchen will prepare a 5 course dinner menu for the night.
Dinner will be served with wines from the Clare Valley region in South Australia.

Discover Piedmont wine and cuisine in Hong Kong.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, together with the Italian restaurant Cinecittá and La Cascina (Bel Vino), is organizing a “Piedmont wine pairing dinner” on Tuesday, 10 March 2009.
This will be a night to discover Piedmont’s best in terms of wine and cuisine. Direct from Turin, capital city of Piedmont region, Mr. Enzo Zafarano and Mr. Domenico Conta, owners of the two wineries I Columbé and Malgrà, will be present for the night.
