New wine pairing menu at Wanchai’s hottest restaurant.
Wine lovers are familiar with the brand Riedel. A glass company established since 1756, Riedel has been a pioneer in the creation of the perfect vessel to wine appreciation, and is synonymous with world of fine wines.
Collaborating with Madame Sixty Ate, Riedel has extended their knowledge of the nose to the test. Along with Chef Shaun Anthony, the five course Flavour degustation dinner will be presented as a magical journey with the goal of enhancing your dining experience through the senses of aroma and taste.
