If you’re a wine enthusiast and considering visiting California’s wine country, check out this contemporary concept hotel in downtown Napa. Hotel AVIA-Napa, Napa’s newest luxury boutique hotel that just opened its door this past July.

The AVIA embraces what the Valley’s about, nothing too stuffy or overtly country, the hotel’s design blends modern chic with rustic elegance that city slickers will appreciate. There are lots of interesting design elements to appreciate like the candelabras with Edison bulbs, animal print throws in exotic furs on the long lobby sofa, a local artist’s mural that serves as a grand entrance to the lifts.

The AVIA Napa is located smack in the middle of downtown Napa. The hotel sits on the site of what once was a major department store, and offers visitors a cosmopolitan oasis in the heart of wine country.
