Van Diemen, the Tasmanian distillery already famous for their super-pure vodka, is bringing something entirely new to the Hong Kong cocktail scene. Van Diemen prides themselves on being the black sheep of the Australian distillery scene. So, it’s hardly surprising that they have developed something so innovative and unexpected.

A cognac-paired dinner with Chinese food ignited the senses.
Earlier this week, Martell Cognac invited us to a cognac-pairing dinner and to talk with Jacques Menier, Heritage Director for Martell Cognac about Martell’s range of cognac’s, the Martell Amber lamp by architect Jean Nouvel and the changing tastes of cognac in Asia over the past 30 years over an exquisite dinner on the 101st floor at the International Commerce Centre’s Dragon Seal Chinese restaurant.
