The first sparkling wine from famous New Zealand winery.

Cloudy Bay, one of New Zealand’s most famous wineries, has just launched its first sparkling wine in Hong Kong. Pelorus takes its name from the famous dolphin of the Cook Strait, who guided sailors and ships through treacherous waters and whose spirit reflects the pure and lively nature of the wine.

British sparkling wines burst champagne’s bubble.

When Taittinger, Moet & Chandon, Bollinger, Mumm, Heidsieck and a whole host of other champagnes some of us can only dream of are piped to the post by an English sparkling wine in Decanter’s World Wine Awards, you know it’s time to sit up and take notice…
Last year’s Decanter awards saw a HK$230 bottle of sparkling Blanc de Blancs from Sussex, England, picked out as the best Sparkling Wine Over £10, topping all of the champagnes. And the accolades for the growing reputation of English sparkling wine certainly don’t stop there.
