burgundy etc, a new store specialising on Burgundy wines opened recently on the 4th floor of the Pedder Building. Burgundy etc is the new wine store by Wine etc which already have Bordeaux etc and Champagne etc elsewhere in the state and this third store promises to deliver with the largest selection of Burgundy wines in Hong Kong.
Burgundy etc offers the largest retail selection of Burgundy wines with nearly 400 labels in store and access to 1,300 references in stock. At Burgundy etc you can get every price range of Burgundy wine from everyday affordable wines to limited-production and rare labels from top estate like Domaine de la Romanee Conti, Henri Jayer, Leroy and Faiveley.
“The wine region of Burgundy is home to hundreds of small-scale growers with limited production,” explains etc wine shops founder Paulo Pong. “We wanted to reflect this intimate, personal approach in the shop’s design.
Chief sommelier Mathieu Pouchan and his team will continue to consult visitors on their preferences, educating guests on the wine region and nurturing individual palates with special tastings, dinners and events are held throughout the year.
