Celebrating the best of Bordeaux at Le French May.
Imagine a whole month dedicated to discovering Bordeaux Wines and food. At the 4th annual Le French GourMay, starting from April 12th, gourmands will be able to participate in special menus, wine tastings and workshops provided by renown chefs and wine importers. With a focus on Boardeaux wine, check out some of the events to take place below.
“Bordeaux” menu at Michelin-starred restaurants
From May 1st to 31st swanky top restaurants such as Petrus, Amber, Caprice, l’Aterlier de Joël Robuchon, Pierre, Bo Innovation and Spoon will offer gastronomic feasts designed to match Bordeaux Wines.
In addition to the list mentioned above, an additional 30 plus restaurants including Chez Patrick, Heirloom Eatery and Agnès b. Le Pain Grille will also participate in promotions whereby spending over HKD3000 in at least 2 of the participating restaurants will offer a chance to redeem 2 tickets to Le French May – Le French May – Ballet de l’Opéra National de Bordeaux.
Partnership with Hong Kong importers
Wine importers including Fico, Cytise, ASC Fine wine and Red dot dot have partnered with Le French GourMay to bring you the finest wines imported from the Bordeaux region.
