Sotheby’s Hong Kong will kick off its Spring Sale Series 2011 by offering two distinguished private wine collections - The Classic Cellar from a Great American Collector (Part VII) and The Ultimate Cellar from 2 to 3 April at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.  Two sales together are estimated to be worth HK$79 – 116 million (US$10.1 – 14.7 million) in sales.
