Places to Drink Wine in Hong Kong: DiVino Nouveau

Upper-Wyndham’s DiVino recently unveiled a brand new interior.

A popular place on Wyndham Street to drink wine with the stylish set, DiVino has just re-opened and made some notable additions to its wine list. Among the various add-ons, 2005 Super Tuscan Le Sughere remains by far the most noteworthy. Produced at the famed Rocca di Frassinello estate – a Franco-Italian partnership between Domini Castellare and Baron De Rothschild-Lafite – it’s a cross-cultural champion, and perfect accomplice to the penne gorgonzola.

Speaking of Lafite, the esteemed label’s 2007 vintage retails (bizarrely) for just HK$90 a glass – a steal, considering a bottle could set you back by more than HK$6,000 in certain places.
