Well, Robert Parker Jr seems to think so if his quote in the Wine Advocate is anything to go by; “The effect of these glasses on fine wine is profound.”

Riedel, maker of the finest wine glasses in the world, is hosting a “Glass Tasting” event in Central at their store in the Prince Building. This is a great way to discover the effect that the shape and the size of a glass has on the perception of wine and your experience with it.
