The Peninsula Hong Kong has started their Rosé Sundays at Gaddi’s where free-flowing Billecart-Salmon Rose Champagne is served with a four-course menu which includes marinated goose liver confit with rhubarb and hazelnuts, roasted lobster raviolo with fennel and Armagnac butter, Tasmanian poached salmon or Bresse Spring chicken with wild mushroom and Gaddi’s dessert.
Rosé Sunday is the ultimate way to relax over the weekend with their jazz line up the piece de resistance for this fun, fizzy Sunday afternoon luncheon.
Rosé Sundays will be offered every Sunday from 1 August 2010.
