Bettane, Desseauve and IWC Presents Tasting of French Vintage

IWC and Bettane & Desseauve are presenting one of the most extravagant tastings of French vintages in Hong Kong, Macau and China. This tasting can be described as a ‘once in a lifetime’ experience priced at HK$18,000 and the whole day event covering tastings of 8 vintage Champagnes, 7 Chateau Mouton Rothschild vintages, 5 Chateau d’Yquem vintages with an all-star cast of wine experts. The most respected French wine criticMichel Bettane, international acclaimed wine critic Thierry Desseauve and Greater China’s wine expert Simon Tam will be hosting the grand tasting.

Scheduled for September 18, 2010, the whole day event starts at 11am with a tutored Champagne tasting with Caviar brunch at the Grand Hyatt followed by a vertical tasting of Chateau Mouton Rothschild’s wine with the owner of Baron Phillip de Rothschild S.A,  Mr.Phillippe Serey de Rothschild, and the Chateau’s Managing Director, Mr. Herve Berland.  The grand tasting ends with a vertical tasting of Chateau d’Yquem vintages at 5pm.
