Dynasty’s Gourmet Wine Pairing Dinner
Winemaker Dynasty Fine Wines celebrates its 30th anniversary with a feast.
China’s leading winemaker, Dynasty Fine Wines Group, has a lot to celebrate this year as not only are they ringing in their 30th anniversary but it’s also their 5th year as a listed company. And, to kick off the celebration, they have put together a gastronomical feast at Dynasty Restaurant at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel, throughout January and February 2010.
The feast is a nine-course menu of traditional Cantonese fare, consisting of expensive gourmet dishes like Braised Shark’s Fin and Abalone served with Dynasty’s range of wine.
