Wine & Gourmet Asia 2009 at The Venetian Macao will offer an impressive lineup of exhibitors displaying fine wines, gourmet foods, and other supplies and services. Curious about who’s going to be there? Well, here’s a quick list of some of the brands you’ll find (remember, there’s a lot more than just this!):

  • Ag Com Seng Kuong Da Vittorio: this company is a wholesaler of top quality Portuguese products such as beer, mineral and sparkling water, wines, and other foodstuffs.
  • Banny Wines Cellar: Banny’s is Macao’s largest red wine trading center, but also deals in white wine and cigars.
  • J Portugal Ramos Vingos: premium wines from southern Portugal’s Alentejo region, offering a wide range of both blended varieties and single-grape wines.
  • Seapower Trading Co.: Macao’s largest distributor of fine wines and spirits from the best manufacturers.
  • Chateau Classic: Chateau Classic is a major carrier of Grand Crus Classes from Bordeaux.

Lots of exhibitors from Macau, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Portugal, France, Singapore and South Korea. And don’t forget there is a Spain pavilion and it’ll feature all kinds of food and wine from the Spanish region of Aragon that will feature their best wines and gourmet products.

Aragon is traditionally one of the main producers of wine, pork ham and sausages, lamb, vegetable and fruit preserves, olive oil and other gourmet products in Spain.

That’s just a small sampling: Wine and Gourmet Asia has more than enough to keep you busy, and you’ll even find booths displaying products like chef uniforms (Melati Uniform), sales management systems (eRun Systems), and even coffee (Totally Macau). Visit www.wineandgourmetasia.com for more information about exhibitors.

Winebuzz will be there covering the show from the convention floor, so stay tuned for the latest news. See you there starting this Thursday!
