As if we needed another reason to love Sundays, Oyster & Wine Bar of Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers has revitalized its Sunday Champagne Brunch menu – now offering an array of distinctive cuisines from all over the world. With its spectacular Hong Kong skyline, Oyster & Wine Bar has always been a go-to spot for gourmet dining.
As its name indicates, Oyster & Wine brunch puts a focus on fresh seafood on ice. You’ll find plenty of freshly shucked seasonal oysters from around the world, prepared in more than 25 styles. You’ll also have opportunity to sample the giant US Dungeness Crabs, Whelks and King Prawns, as well as a marvelous array of sushi and sashimi. If you’re not a seafood lover, Oyster & Wine bar offers an array of other dishes, from whole slow roasted prime rib, pan-seared goose liver on brioche and curry or tandoori specialties, to name a few.
