All August long at The Sky Lounge in the Sheraton Tsim Sha Tsui they are featuring 20 vintage cheeses from the old world perfectly matched with 24 fine wines by the glass at the Enomatic Wine Dispenser.
Types of cheese range in price from HK$36-HK$138 pr 50 grams include Reblochon Fermier AOC, Brie de Meaux AOC, Brillat Savarin, Epoisses au Marc de Bourgogne, Gruyère de Fribourg and many more. Wine highlights include:
