Join The Marco Polo Hotels Executive Chef Didier Rochat as he whips up some exquisite canapés featuring Cured Salmon Parmesan Cheeses Stick and Honey Sauce; Duck Terrine on Corn Bread and Apricot Chutney; Parma Ham and Melon and Goat Cheese Mousse with Olive Tapenade.
