Ricky Cheung, chef and owner of private kitchen Le Mieux Bistro is cooking up a storm this Sunday, July 12 2009 for Spanish Chambers members. He’s prepared a special menu of 100% pure Iberian accorn-fed ham Iberselec, Paella Mixta, traditional Spanish salad and desserts from Valencia for 40 people only. Spanish wine from Carlos Serres Gran Reserva 2001 (Rioja) Bodegas Icono Chardonnay (Valencia) from Cellarmasters Wines will be served.
