Come find out this Thursday, June 25, 2009, Italian wine expert, John Pesci and Chinese wine expert, Danny Wong has selected wine for an 8-course Chinese dinner with 7 Italian wine. Both will be presence during the dinner to guide diners through the wine. The dinner will be held at David Tang‘s snazzy new Chinese restaurant, Island Tang located at the Galleria in Central.
