Jebsen Fine Wines hosts tasting for renowned Californian wine-maker in Hong Kong.
Jebsen Fine Wines is organizing a wine dinner at One Bar on June 23, 2009. The tasting features five wines from Robert Mondavi‘s famed Californian winery along with a contemporary Californian dinner menu to compliment the wine. Dinner dishes include foie gras de canard, slow roasted iceland black cod, five-spice rubbed oven roast pigeon, roasted angus beef striploin, and that’s not the entire menu.
