The Congress Restaurant is having a French Dinner Buffet with ingredient flown in fresh from France to match their selection of French fine wines. The Buffet dinner is served for 3 months from 1 March to 31 May 2009.
A great time to indulge in your favourite rich French dishes like foie gras, black truffle, baby lamb, escargot and other sumptuous French delicacies. Their award-winning chefs and food experts from France are specially flown in to cook up a storm and share their food pairing and wine experiences with you.
